Shipping policy
All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 3-7 business days for package to be shipped and delivered to you.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email customerservice@wristmisfits.com for a shipping update.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address information is inputed during processing of order as we do not issue refunds for packages sent to wrong address submitted by customer. We also do not recommend using PO Box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions.
If you receive notification that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact USPS Customer Support at 1-800-275-8777 or visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim. Wrist Misfits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim against your lost or stolen package.
